I will individualize a program to your physical activities, medical history, short term and long term goals and lifestyle. Form Corrections. I will ensure you are moving your body in a safe and effective way, so that not only will you develop great habits in your body mechanics, but also avoid potential injuries by repetitively doing exercises incorrectly, putting stress on your joints, tendons and muscles. Clarity. I will educate you and provide direction on your fitness journey so you can put all your energy toward accomplishing your goals. Accountability. I will hold you accountable and help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise. Motivation. I will be a part of your fitness journey and provide you encouragement, energy and motivation. I will help you set short and long term goals, and we will celebrate together when you accomplish them. Medical History. If you have a medical condition requiring additional precautions, I will design a program that ensures your safety and provides a positive exercise experience.


Nutrition Advice. I can teach and guide you which foods compliment your fitness regimen and how and when to eat them.
