As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Growing up in Clearwater, Florida meant I was outdoors constantly: bike riding, swimming, neighborhood games and lots of sports.  This environment ingrained in me a desire to move my body, and if too much time passes without physical activity, I just feel off.  My parents are also medical professionals, so I have been immersed in physiology, nutrition and the health benefits of having an active lifestyle since childhood. 

Throughout my life, no matter where I lived (and there were quite a few places!), how much I was studying (or not studying!), how hard I was working, or how pregnant I was, I made an active lifestyle my priority.  For this, I am proud.

Prior to having children, I was an attorney working in London. After moving to the suburbs of New Jersey with my three daughters, I decided to convert my love of health and fitness into a new career: one where I would not only be a role model for my daughters, but also be active, available for my family, help others and have FUN!  That decision led me the fitness industry and YOU!!!

I first certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, teaching strength, cardio, dance, pilates and flexibility classes, both privately and for Crunch Fitness and Equinox.  Subsequently, I certified as a Personal Trainer.  I love being a fitness trainer -- the new faces, the community, the impact, the fun!  I never imagined that all of my instruction would become virtual this early on, but I have realized that the only way to continue achieving my goals is to embrace it.  

I am asking not only that I be a part of YOUR fitness journey but that you be a part of MINE!
