GROUP FITNESS CLASS OFFERINGS
A 50-minute high impact, high intensity interval training class that will build strength + endurance through 16 body weight exercises, as well as improve mobility + flexibility. Only a soft surface is needed + energy!!! Warm up + cool down included. Low impact modifications offered. Available in person + virtually.
